Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons only:

• Item received is defective or damaged
• Wrong item was delivered

To submit a request, email Nordikglowco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and issue a full refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
